Refund Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
The short version
These are digital goods delivered instantly. Once an account or activation link has been sent to you, it cannot be taken back or resold, so a delivered order is generally not refundable.
That cuts both ways: if we fail to deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. The cases below are the ones that matter in practice.
You are entitled to a refund
- Payment succeeded but nothing was delivered. If the product never reached your email and your order page does not show it either, contact us with your order code.
- The product does not work on arrival. If credentials or a link fail at first use, report it within 24 hours of delivery with evidence (a screenshot of the error). We will replace it, or refund if no replacement is available.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
No refund applies
- The product was delivered and worked, and you simply changed your mind.
- You entered the wrong email address at checkout.
- The account stopped working because the credentials were shared or changed by you.
- The platform suspended or restricted the account due to how it was used.
- You report a problem after the 24-hour window, on a product sold without a warranty.
Products sold without a warranty
Several listings are sold explicitly without warranty, and the product page says so before you pay. For those, the only grounds for a refund are non-delivery, failure on first use within 24 hours, or a duplicate charge. There is no coverage for later problems.
How to request one
Contact us through the contact page with your order code, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem with any screenshots. We aim to respond within 1×24 hours.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned via the method you paid with. QRIS refunds are transferred to a bank account or e-wallet you nominate; USDT refunds are sent to a BEP20 address you provide. Network fees charged by the blockchain are deducted from crypto refunds.
