1. Who we are

AISUBS (aisubs.id) sells digital subscription products. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OpenAI, Google, or any other platform named on this site. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. What you are buying

Each listing states exactly what is delivered — either account credentials or an activation link — along with its price and warranty terms. The product page at the moment of purchase is the agreement. Read it before paying.

3. Prices

Prices shown in the AISUBS Store are our own resale prices. They are not the official price charged by the provider, and we show the two separately wherever both appear.

You may pay in Indonesian rupiah (QRIS) or in USDT on BNB Smart Chain. The amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your order; later price changes do not affect an order already placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic. Once your payment is confirmed, the system assigns an item from stock and emails it to the address you entered at checkout, usually within seconds. The same item is also shown on your order page, which you can reopen using your order code.

You are responsible for the email address you enter. We cannot deliver to a mistyped address, and we cannot recover an order sent to one.

5. Warranty

Warranty applies only when the product listing explicitly states one. Where a listing says there is no warranty, none is provided, and the product is sold as-is.

6. Your responsibilities

• Keep delivered credentials private. Sharing them is the most common cause of an account being lost.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or publish what you receive.
• Follow the usage rules of the underlying platform. We have no control over their decisions.

7. Limits of what we control

The platforms behind these products set their own terms and may change pricing, features, limits, or access at any time, including suspending accounts. Those decisions are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or unchanged for any period.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
