What we collect
When you place an order, we store only what is needed to complete and support it:
- Your email address — this is where the product is delivered, so we cannot complete an order without it.
- Order details — the product, quantity, price, currency, payment method, order code, and timestamps.
- Payment reference — an identifier returned by the payment provider, used to match your payment to your order.
We do not collect or store your card details, bank credentials, or crypto wallet keys. Payment is handled entirely by our payment providers; those details never reach our servers.
We do not ask you to create an account
There is no sign-up and no password. Your order code is what gives you access to your own order page, which is why it should be treated as private — anyone holding it can view that order.
Why we keep it
- To deliver what you bought and to re-send it if you ask.
- To answer support requests and handle refund claims.
- To detect duplicate payments and fraud.
- To keep transaction records where that is required of a seller.
Who else sees it
Your data is shared only with the services needed to complete an order:
- Payment providers process your payment and return a confirmation to us.
- An email delivery service sends your order to your inbox, which means it necessarily handles your email address and the message content.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and dispute handling. You may ask us to delete your order record once it is no longer needed for those purposes; note that deleting it also removes your ability to recover the product from your order page.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Delivered credentials are encrypted at rest in our database, with the key stored separately from it. Access to the admin system requires a password and a second factor.
No system is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is which measures are in place, and the above is an accurate description of them.
Your choices
To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us through the contact page with your order code and the email used at checkout.
